    • HFPA monitors and communicates about key state and federal legislative issues, such as Proposition 65 and more recently, on the pending tariffs on home textiles products.
      • HFPA President, Jeff Kaufman, President/COO of Avanti Linens, testified on June 17 in front the USTR committee on the proposed List 4 tariffs.  Jeff’s testimony shed light on the negative impact List 4 will have on consumers, buyers, jobs in the industry and more.  You can read his testimony in full on our website, homefashionproducts.org.
      • HFPA Secretary, Scott Goldstein, President of S.     • HFPA sent letters to the President and Congress regarding the negative impact of a trade war and recently joined a coalition of over 100 other concerned trade associations and groups.
    • 295 5th Avenue, home to much of the Textile Industry, is currently in the process of changing ownership. HFPA is taking the lead to help organize 295 5th tenants to present a united front and maximize the tenants’ options in this unsettled situation. 
  • HFPA Legal Services
    • Stay informed of the latest laws, regulations and policies affecting your business with timely Legal Counsel Reports.
    • Enjoy a discounted legal fee structure through the HFPA Legal Services Program provided by HFPA legal counsel, Bob Leo.
    • Up to one hour free consultation to all members not already taking advantage of the Legal Services program (one hour to be used at one time).  For members that are already clients, ½ hr. free consultation on a new matter.
  • Quarterly Webinars/Presentations on Current Topics of Interest (new for 2019)
    • HFPA now offers members the opportunity to register for free quarterly webinars.  As an organization, we pride ourselves on providing as much information as possible, with the help of guest speakers, on what’s current in the industry.  Previously, we’ve held webinars on the current climate of International Trade hosted by HFPA legal counsel Bob Leo, and an e-commerce succession plan with CEO of Orca Pacific, a full service Amazon agency, John L. Ghiorso.

Annual Dues: Membership dues are based on your company’s annual sales.  Please refer to the breakdown below to see which membership type best fits your company.

  • Sales under $20 Million: $1,000
  • Sales from $20-$100 Million: $2,000
  • Sales over $100 Million: $3,000
