CBP Issues Updated Forced Labor Guidance and Materials
This morning CBP circulated CSMS #55222106, containing updated materials and guidance on ensuring compliance with their forced labor enforcement initiatives.

CBP is undertaking multiple efforts to provide more information for companies seeking to comply with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act and Section 307 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1307).
